Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility Program Electrical Installation Training and Certification, Kuala Kurun Village, Kurun District, Gunung Mas Regency by PT PLN (Persero) West Kalimantan Development Main Unit (UIP Kalbagbar) is a form of company contribution and commitment to supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program launched government, especially the pillars of economic and social development. There were 16 participants in the Corporate Social Responsibility Training and Electrical Installation Certification Program and 13 respondents. The Corporate Social Responsibility Program for Electrical Installation Training and Certification is expected to increase economic growth in the form of raising people's income, increasing knowledge and skills for training participants, improving the quality of handling electrical installations, and making it easier for people to obtain electrical installation services. This research aims to determine the value of the Social Return On Investment (SROI) and Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) as an evaluation of the success of the Electrical Installation Competency Training and Certification CSR program which has been implemented by PT PLN (Persero) UIP Kalbagbar. The technique used in this research is a survey method using a purposive sampling method with data collection methods using focused discussions, questionnaires, and interviews. The SROI value was obtained from the research results, and the SROI ratio was 1.40. This ratio means that for every Rp. 1.- invested in the Electrical Installation Competency Training and Certification CSR Program, it can produce a social impact of Rp. 1.40. Based on the results of calculating the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for the Electrical Installation Competency Training and Certification program, the service criteria were Very Satisfied, with a value of 3.76 or converted to a value of 94.02, which means getting category A (Very Good) service performance. It can be interpreted that the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UIP Kalbagbar in the CSR Electrical Installation Competency Training and Certification program is very satisfying.
