The Effect of Current Ratio and ROA on Total Assets in the Transportation and Logistics Sector Listed on the IDX for the 2021–2023 Period

Abstract

This study discusses the efect of current ratio (cr) and renturn on asset (roa) on total assets in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange (idx) during the 2021- 2023 period This type of research is included in quantitative research with a cause and effect approach. The research sampel amounted to 12 companies in the Transportation and Logistics sector listed on the IDX. The data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio has an effect on total assets in companies in the Transportation and Logistics sector. This indicates that the company's ability to meet its short - term obligatiob has a significant impact on the company's asset accumulation. Furthermore , Return on asset also affects the total assets of companies in the transportatiob and logistics sector , showing that the company's efficiency in generating profits from its assets also affects the size of total assets
