Sehubungan dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan publikasi, bersama surat ini kami sampaikan bahwa seluruh jurnal yang dikelola oleh Ebizmark Press pada platform https://journal.ebizmark.id/ sedang dilakukan migrasi dari Open Journal Systems (OJS) versi 3.3 ke OJS versi 3.4. Jurnal-jurnal tersebut meliputi:

  1. Proceeding of International Conference on Digital, Social, and Science
  2. Applied Business and Administration Journal
  3. Records Management System Journal
  4. Intelligent Science and Technology Journal
  5. PKM: International Journal of Social Innovation and Empowerment

Migrasi ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan:

  • Efisiensi alur kerja editorial
  • Fungsionalitas fitur dan dashboard
  • Kenyamanan pengalaman pengguna
  • Keamanan data dan metadata

Adapun hal-hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan:

  • Waktu Henti Sementara
  1. Tanggal: 4 Juni 2025 – 10 Juli 2025
  2. Akses jurnal akan mengalami downtime sementara secara bertahap.
  • Penyimpanan dan Pemindahan Data
  1. Seluruh submissions, reviews, dan catatan editorial dipindahkan secara utuh.
  2. Tidak ada data yang hilang selama proses.

  1. Penulis, editor, dan reviewer diwajibkan melakukan registrasi ulang di OJS 3.4 untuk melakukan pengecekan terhadap aktivasi akun.
  2. Memastikan kredensial dan hak akses terbaru.
  • Korespondensi Otomatis Selama Proses Migrasi

Apabila Anda menerima email berupa notifikasi atau korespondensi publikasi (misalnya permintaan revisi, keputusan editorial, dsb.) selama periode migrasi, mohon untuk diabaikan sementara. Hal tersebut terjadi karena artikel sedang dalam proses pemulihan data (restore database) dan bukan merupakan aktivitas editorial aktif.
