The Influence of Local Culture and Environmental Quality on Interest in Returning Visitors Through Visitor Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study: Sasak Sade Tourism Village, Central Lombok)

This study aims to determine the influence of local culture and environmental quality on revisit intention through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this study was all tourists visiting the Sasak Sade Tourism Village, with the sampling technique using the purposive sampling method, so that the number of samples used was 140 respondents. Data processing using the partial least square (PLS) inferential method, variance-based SEM using smartpls software version 3.2.9. The research findings show that local culture has been proven to have a positive influence on revisit intention. The research findings show that local culture has been proven to have a positive influence on revisit intention, environmental quality has been proven to have a positive influence on revisit intention, local culture has been proven to have a positive influence on visitor satisfaction, environmental quality has been proven to have a positive influence on visitor satisfaction and visitor satisfaction has been proven to have a positive influence on revisit intention. Visitor satisfaction has been proven intervening the relationship between local culture toward revisit intention as well as visitor satisfaction has been proven intervening the relationship between environmental quality toward revisit intention.
