The findings indicate that identifying specific aspects of administrative workload, applying best practices from other countries, and evaluating the potential adaptation of foreign policy models can open opportunities for relevant policy reform. Furthermore, the implementation of sustainable solutions, such as reducing administrative tasks, utilizing technology, and enhancing administrative support, is expected to create a better working environment for teachers.
